We offer a variety of activities for your pet
to enjoy. You may choose
to have your dog taken swimming in our own pond, or hiking at the
park or perhaps your dog loves to go to a fast-food drive-thru...
after all,
it's their vacation too!
CATS
Your cat has some nice options for their vacation. They can mingle
with others in the house, or they may have the second floor to themselves.
Everywhere there are marvelous window ledges to sit in and watch
the birds.
BIRDS
We have a wonderful sunroom that your bird
will love, it will seem
like
a tropical paradise. Your bird's needs will be met, and their
time
here will be very pleasant.
REPTILES We can
accommodate your pet and care for them in the housing
you provide. They will have a wonderful vacation here.
RABBITS,
GUINEA PIGS,
ETC. We will provide
your pets with a quiet, secure space where
they can lounge around and snack.
FISH
We will make sure your fish stays healthy and happy while
visiting us.
Rate per day, or any part thereof: $32/Day Canine
(dogs under 9 months & un-neutered males add $8/day) $16/Day Feline
YOUR
DOG'S DAILY SCHEDULE WILL BE LIKE THIS:
ABOUT 6AM WE GET UP AND EXCITEDLY RUSH OUTSIDE FOR POTTY AND
THEN WE COME BACK IN AND EXCHANGE HUGS & KISSES. NOW WE MILL
ABOUT WHILE WAITING FOR BREAKFAST TO BE SERVED. AFTER ALL'S
GONE WE USUALLY RUSH OUTSIDE AGAIN AND WANDER AROUND UNTIL WE FIND
THE PERFECT PLACE. AFTER OUR FOOD HAS SETTLED THE FUN CAN BEGIN AND WE
PLAY FETCH AND CHASE AND ANYTHING ELSE WE CAN THINK OF.
BY LATE MORNING WE'RE READY FOR A LITTLE NAP SO THAT WE CAN BE READY
FOR THE NEXT ADVENTURE. AND SURE ENOUGH, THAT AFTERNOON WE ALL PLAY HIDE-N-SEEK
WITH THE BARN CATS AND SOME SERIOUS FETCHING IN THE TALL GRASSES.
SOME DAYS WE GO OVER TO THE "COTTAGE" FOR A ROMP.
THEN IT'S TIME
TO GO IN FOR SUPPER AND SNORING.
(WHAT'S
THAT JOKE ABOUT HOW MANY DOGS & CATS DOES IT TAKE TO KEEP
TWO HUMANS ON A COUCH?)
WE ALL INSIST UPON HELPING WITH THE HORSE CHORES LATER IN THE EVENING
JUST SO THAT WE CAN ALL SLEEP WELL KNOWING THAT OUR WORK HERE IS FINISHED
AND NO STONE IS LEFT UNTURNED . . . WHENEVER IT'S NASTY OUTSIDE WE
KEEP WE KEEP MOCHA ON HER TOES (the house cat). AND
WE SUPERVISE ALL COOKING ACTIVITIES AND FROWN ON ALL CLEANING
